1. Print on Demand
All models available on our website are printed on demand. This means that each model will only be printed after an order is placed. Please allow for processing time before shipment.

2. Model Ownership and Credits
We do not own the intellectual property rights for the 3D models available on our website. The models are created by independent artists and studios, and we only sell the physical prints of these models. Each model comes with the author's credits in the description and a link to the artist's page.

3. Ordering Process
To place an order, simply select the desired model and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout and complete the payment process. Once the order is confirmed, we will begin the printing process.

3.1. Cancel your order
You may choose to cancel your order when:
The printing processes haven't started yet you will be refunded 100% item prices + shippings costs;
Your item have been already printed you will be refunded 50% item price + shippings costs.
You may not cancel your order when:
The item has already been shipped to you.

4. Shipping
We strive to provide timely and efficient shipping services. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and other factors. We will provide you with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights for the models remain with the original creators. By purchasing a physical print of a model, you agree not to reproduce, distribute, or sell the digital files of the model in any form.

7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services.
