We primarily use high-quality resin with lower toxic level for our 3D prints, ensuring detailed and durable miniatures and a safer working enviornment.

2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

As a print-on-demand service, production typically takes 3-5 business days after your order is placed. Once printed, we aim to ship your items within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

3. Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we do! If you have a specific design, please contact us with your request. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

4. Can I request a specific size for my 3D prints?

Absolutely. Most of our models can be scaled to your preferred size. Please let us know your desired dimensions when placing your order. Prices may change accordingly.

5. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

Well.. this is always a tricky one. We don't have any return policy due to the nature of our bussines...but... there's always a but . If your product arrives damaged or has any defects, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll work with you and together resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or promo code.

Note: We will always try to meet your needs, don't get angry at us if we can't for some reason that's out of our hands.

6. Are all the models in your store original designs?

While we don’t create the models ourselves, we collaborate with talented independent artists and studios. Each model’s creator is credited in the product description, and their work is showcased on our platform with permission.

No, we only sell physical 3D printed models. We do not offer digital STL files for sale or distribution.

Resin miniatures are durable but should be handled with care. To clean them, use a soft brush or cloth. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight for extended periods, as it may cause discoloration.

Absolutely! Our resin prints are perfect for painting. We recommend priming the miniature before applying paint for the best results.
